How to get Started with Small Steps

Welcome to the first ever blog post for Small Steps to Better Health.  You’ve come this far, so you must be a little interested in how this works.

There is no “set” plan I’ve created that’s designed to work for everyone.  Why?  Because everyone’s preferences, goals, barriers and budgets are different.  It’s impossible to make one plan that works for everybody.  My goal is to help you decide where to start, and then how to move forward from there.  This is your small steps journey.

So how do you know where to start?  If you haven’t already, click here to download my free small steps assessment.  This was created to help you prioritize your first small step based on a few things:

  1. What your goals are
  2. What your motivation is
  3. Your past attempts to make behavior changes
  4. What feels the easiest for you to start with

Once you’ve identified the first small step to work on, then you can get started!  Stay tuned for more tips that will help you improve your health, one small step at a time!

Yours in good health,

Shannon
